The lists below are the specifications we quote most often. Anything outside them — a different wall thickness, a non-standard face, a coating, a marking requirement — is quoted from your drawing or size list.
Long radius and short radius elbows, bends, equal and reducing tees, laterals, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and dished heads, in seamless and welded construction. Ends are bevelled for welding and every piece is marked so it can be traced back to the heat.
Weld neck, slip-on, blind, lapped and plate flanges, plus threaded types, in forged and rolled construction. Machined to the ordered standard, supplied with rust-preventive oil, primer or hot-dip galvanizing as required. Non-standard outside diameters, bolt circles and drilling patterns are made to drawing — see custom flange fabrication below.
Small-bore fittings for instrument and utility lines: elbows, tees, crosses, couplings, caps, unions and plugs. Threads are cut to the ordered standard and gauged; socket bores are checked for depth and concentricity.
Seamless and welded pipe in carbon and stainless steel, supplied bare or hot-dip galvanized. Pipe is cut and bevelled to length where the order calls for it, and can be coated for buried or corrosive service.
Elliptical, torispherical and hemispherical caps, formed to the ordered dimensions and supplied with the matching edge preparation. Dished heads to the same dimensions are made to drawing on request.
Flanges and flanged plates that the standard tables do not cover: tubesheets, blind and spacer plates, orifice plates, large hubs and rings, drilled to your bolt circle and machined to your face, thickness and tolerance. Send a drawing, a CAD file or a marked-up sketch; we return a dimensioned drawing for approval, then machine, drill and mark the finished parts.
Branch saddles, specials and non-standard items produced from your drawings. Send the drawing with material, standard and quantity, or send a take-off list and we will quote item by item.
